I just read this blog post about disadvantages with sunscreen usage:
http://www.skingeek.com/sun-scare-nazis-how-sunscreens-give-you-age-spots-cause-discoloration-and-aggravate-uv-sensitivity/
Ways to defeat some of them:
-Extra Vit D-3 supplementation (which you should be taking anyway)
-Taking anti-oxidants to increase libido. Since When blocking the sun out it will decrease the libido. Think about how different everyone reacts when the sun is coming from a long and winter. Anti-oxidants helps to increase libido. And for guys it would probably be beneficial to add Lysine and ZMA to your regime too. |

Thanks for posting this.
Yes, i agree, sunlight is good for us - as everything - in moderation. And chemical sunscreens can cause cancer, and should be avoided. So what if we get a few wrinkles, better that than other health problems.
As the article points out - we should not let ourselves be scared by the "sun scare nazis" |

The only thing I don't like about sunscreen is that they are "greasy". Anything else, I ok with it as it helps protect my skin....
