My package was shipped on May 12th, but until today (May 29th) I have not received it. The ragular shipping time is always 10 days. I sent an email to the customer service to ask for the tracking number, But the service only replied me that there was no code.....
So, what can I do now? Is there any policy about the shipping guarantee? |

Which company did you order from?
Give it a little while longer, depending on where it was shipped from and where you live. If it doesn't turn up, tell them so and ask for a replacement at no additional charge.
You can contact your Credit Card company too and let them know you never received the package if it doesn't show up in a reasonable amount of time. They may investigate it for you. Ask them to delete the charge if it already went thru and you never receive the package. Most CC companies don't want to lose your business.
