I've been using the range of Dr. H's products for the past 2 months and I have oily, acne-prone skin and am in my mid 20's.
Rhythmic Night Conditioner: I used one ampoule for about a month. I like how it felt on my skin, and I could be imagining it, but I felt my face glowed the next morning. The only downside is that it is very expensive. I don't think I'll be able to splurge on this again.
Creme Cleanser: I didn't like the smell, but I love how it made my skin really soft. I only used this product in the morning while I am taking my shower.I am definitely going to use this product again.
Cleansing milk: It feels weird at first, almost like there is a thin film of cream that sticks to your face even after you rinse your face off. I use 2 pumps each time. I'm still undecided on this product. Nothing really negative, but didn't stand out as a must-have.
Clarifying Toner: I love it! (but this is probably because this is my first time using toner). I like how it is a spray and it is very easy to use and you won't spill the product everywhere.
Normalizing oil: I put only a few drops on my T-zone after the toner in the morning. I'm not sure if it did anything to my pores or controlled the oil. I'll keep using this through these winter months and see. No negative effects again, but I wonder if I should skip this product and go for a SPF cream instead.
The other products I use is a acne product, Differen, at night. I have also been on a course of antibiotics to clear up the cystic acne, which has helped a lot.
I still have minor acne, so I'm not sure whether I will change my routine once I am done with this round of Dr. H's products.
Products I would buy again for sure: Clarifying toner, creme cleanser. |
