I am having a consultation next week to see if Restylane Vital would work on my neck lines. As I am young, I have been advised I might get away with one treatment which could last about 6 months.
I was wondering if anyone else has had this treatment, or perhaps botox, on the neck and what it was like/how long it lasted/its effectiveness.....
many thanks |

Vee I've been thinking alot about trying the vitale for my wrists and hands. I have deep rings on the top of my wrists and they're making their way on to the top of my hands. Yuuuk!
Please let us know how it works for you. |

Honestly? I haven;t a clue what the difference is - sorry!
My dermatologist recommended the Vitale as she said it works from the inside by restoring moisture and plumpness etc
I am hopfully having it done in the next few weeks so will keep you all posted on how is goes... |

I've thought about getting Vital too!
From what I know, Restylane Vital comes with the smallest molecule, so it can be used to plump up the skin bit by bit. Unlike Restylane which is used to fill up a wrinkle, Vital is to fill up your entire face, so multiple injections are required each time. Your face will become more hydrated with more elasticity. |

Yes that's what I was told - I'm going to have multiple tiny injections all over my neck which should make the skin plump up from underneath
Fingers crossed it will work well with only one treatment as I'm only 26 and can't afford more than one lot of Ł200!!! |

That's really interesting! Haven't heard of the "Vital" version, but I'd like to know more. Guess I'll do some research. Let us know how your neck turns out. Wish you well! |

It will be interesting to see how long the effects last. You will often hear 6 months and the reality is half that. Did you get away with just one dose?
Thanks for keeping us updated on this. Wonder if it works for NL folds? |

sister sweets,
the nurse only used on vial - not sure how much that is.
She said that because I had very good skin it should last for up to 6 months...but like you say, this may not be the case!! |

I am injecting my face with restylane white (which is very similar to vital) with a good result. It is a form of mesotherapy and works well under eyes. You need to do it on a regular basis though. |

Restylane was a total money loss for me! I had it injected in my nasolabial area it last only 2 days if any! I might as well had burned $500.00 and the doc. would not reimburse or inject more at no charge! Maybe Vital will be diff. Juvederm has lasted me more than a year! |

I had vital on my face. mainly cheeks and lower face. to be honest, I didnt really see much difference, and dont think anyone else noticed either! Has anyone had vitamin injections on face, again heard good reviews on them but I wonder if anyone has first hand experience. Rest vital was a thumbs down for me, and I had three sessions! |

Hi, I dug up this old thread. Just wondering if anyone has any updates about using Restylane Vital. I am tossing up between having it done or the Plasma Regen. Has anyone got any reviews for either. I have crepe skin under the eyes from lack of sleep and overuse of vit A creme.
Anyone? |

Sounds like this could be useful for my sagging cheeks that suffered facial fat loss due to botched laser... Will read more about it - I'm so scared to have anything done to my face after what the laser did to it! but I need to do something to restore my face! |

Restylane Vital efficiently rejuvenates mature and photodamaged skin where it gives a profound, long-lasting effect. |

It was Laser Genesis - the problems arose because the idiot nurse lasered my extremely sensitive and reactive skin at 2 week intervals - I later found out from Cutera that with my skin type she should have allowed a minimum of 4 week intervals... |

We do Restylane at our medi spa and there are 2 sizes of vials. The .4ml and the 1ml. To get a gauge on how much solution is used look at it like this. The naso-labial lines (or marionette lines going down the sides of nose to corners of mouth) as an example. It takes 1ml to fill EACH line. That is a cost of about $500 per vial. Thanks. |
