Renting Out Beauty Machines

I would love to buy some of the higher end machines, like radio frequency machines to sculpt/reduce fat, but of course they aren't within my budget. However, if I were to buy them for the purpose of renting them out...

I could make up a contract whereby I wouldn't be held accountable for results and if the machine were to break unreasonably, the renter would be held accountable for the repair or replacement. I'm wondering what kinds of machines I could invest in. Of course, I would have to give a little 'trainer course' to show the operation of the machine.

I'm wondering what kinds of machines I could offer and if this might even take off the ground. The renters wouldn't have to pay outrageous prices for a spa-like setting. It would be a DIY concept.

What do you guys think? What kinds of services/machines could I offer?
