Sorry I ask sooooo many questions.
But I was wondering if softgels and capsules contain pure ingredients so for example:
Softgel Vit E - is it pure vit e?
Softgel CoQ10: is it pure?
I hope I explained my self correctly, because when I look at the ingredients,I think they also list the ing of the capsule... so I am confused.
Thanks |

There is no yes or no answer to this question it varies by compsny. You would have to refer the ingredient listing on the bottle. What ingredients do they list? |

I didn't have a specific one in mind, but if you know of any brands where they are pure please let me know. Thanks. |

I like Life Extension. You can check out their website at LEF.org. They have a lot of good info. even if you don't want to order from them.
I also like Andrew Lessman Pro Caps Laboratory. Good luck. |

They do not all contain pure ingredients. You need to check the ingredient listing. It will vary - some contain fillers. Many E capsules are not all vitamin E. |

I agree. It's best to look at the ingredient listing to see what it states. |

read the label!!!
only way to tell as it varies from company to company
speak to the shop keepers in the know.... everything must be listed....
they can tell you which ingredients are active or relevant but if it is all natural it should say 100 vit e |
