I think I'm in product information overload and need help in figuring out the best routines for AM/PM to address some of my skin concerns.
I am 34 and starting to get some fine lines under my eyes that are really bothering me as well as the 11 lines between my eyes and some major band lines around my neck. At the same time, I have blackheads/clogged pores worse than most people and have some acne scarring from years and years of bad acne. I don't get a lot of "active" acne these days, but I do have the hormonal chin acne that seems to clear up for about 1 week each month before it starts all over again.
I have and would like to incorporate the following actives/prescriptions, but realize that this might be too much:
Retin A
Finacea
Vitamin C (DIY serum or mixed with moisturizer)
Copper Peptides (CP serum)
Matrixyl (20%) (NCN)
I'm not sure how each of these work with each other and if I need to avoid using some of them together. Here's what I was thinking, but this is based on my limited knowledge:
AM
Cleanse
Tone
Matrixyl
Finacea
Vitamin C with moisturizer
PM
Cleanse
Tone
Retin A OR Copper Peptide
Would this work?

Welcome to EDS, Rebecca.  Using a Vitamin C Serum that includes Vitamin E in the morning is a good choice in your proposed line-up as you would benefit from their combined photo-protective properties. If your Vitamin C Serum also includes Ferulic Acid (FA), those photo-protective benefits double. In terms of product order after cleansing/toning, you would want to apply your Vitamin C Serum first with a 15 minute wait period (if possible) before applying any other products.
Don't forgot to add sunscreen to your routine especially since you are considering Retin A in the pm!
