I'm looking for a simple, non-moisturizing, non-oily body cleanser because I'm going to start using my C-serum every evening after showering, and I want to use it on clean totally bare skin that has no cleanser remnants getting in the way of C-serum absorption.
Is there an existing product, or a DIY mixture that fits the bill? |

I am currently using Isomers Wrinkle Defense Body Wash, which I like, but which is not inexpensive. It does not strip the skin, but is not a creamy type of cleanser. I feel that my serums do absorb after. |

Thanks for the suggestion Marie. I found the ingredients:
Water/Aqua, PEG-80 Sorbitan Laurate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Trideceth Sulfate, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Cocamidopropyl Hydroxysultaine, Camellia Oleifera Leaf Extract, Polyquaternium-39, PEG-150 Distearate, Sodium Lauteth-13 Carboxylate, Citric Acid, Methylparaben, Propylaparaben, Fragrance, Tetrasodium EDTA
Does anyone know which of these ingredients is responsible for the cleansing action? Water is the first ingredient...I can at least read that. So minus the obvious parabens and other preservatives and fragrance, do you think it's possible to mix up a simple DIY version? |
