I am in the UK and could only find LAA Crystals to buy online... I wanted the powder, but couldn't find it anywhere.
Anyway, the one I bought disolves in water perfectly fine. I have never had a problem with it. I add it to my water (in a small spray pump bottle) and give it a good shake for a minute or two and it's COMPLETELY disolved.
The one I purchased is this one: https://www.yourhealthfoodstore.co.uk/details.php/p1160_solgar_vitamin_c_crystals_pure_l_ascorbic_acid.html |

Try adding more distilled water and see if it dissolves?
My 1 tsp dissolves completely in 12ml of water |

Great that the lotioncrafter one worked! Mine dissolves with some swirling, no stirring needed!
Yay to LC!
I did some price comparisons and I believe LC is cheaper than many other stores as well! Just that they do not have a lot of other actives |

| If the Vitamin C Powder is proving difficult to dissolve you can put it in the microwave on medium for a minute - that should do the trick. You must completely dissolve the Vitamin C before mixing in any other ingredients, such as Ferulic Acid (which should be dissolved separately in a little Vodka). |
