I started having these small bumps on my face, especially under my eyes area. They are slightly red in color, but no pain or itching feeling. They have been there for the past 3-4 months although I changed my skincare a few times, thought they might be the reason what caused it. But they are still there. What are they and what could be the cause and how can I get rid of them? Help! |

Does sound like its milia, very common under eye area. Usually caused by heavy or clogging cream. They are very difficult to get rid of them once you get them. |

I doubt they are milia because they are not white or have white heads, and they come and go easily. Somedays they look more than other days. Is it possible related to skin be dehydrated? |

I could be something called Sebaceous Hyperplasia (which I also have) - which is basically tiny cysts under the skin. However, you state that your bumps are red - cysts are usually white in colour. I find that my bumps also tend to come and go and I've concluded that dairy products might exacerbate the problem.
Sebaceous Hyperplasia is quite difficult to get rid of but I've found that avoiding heavy creams and using Retin A plus a toner made from Apple Cider Vinegar, Water and Aspirin helps (Aspirin is basically Salicylic Acid).
However, to avoid incorrect diagnosis, it might be best to see a dermatologist. |
