toner or makeup romover, or both? Do I need to rinse it off and use another cleanser and toner? Or just leave it on and put moisturizer directly? |

and you don't have to rinse it off. You can also use it to remove eye make up. I don't use waterproof mascara ever so I don't know it it's capable of doing that. One needs to use an oil-based product to remove waterproof mascara. Rosee Visage will not break down the polymers in waterproof mascaras. |
