I'm desperately trying to find brown sushi rice. I've looked in 6 organic stores and have not found it.
Does anyone know where I can buy it?
My husband is in the US right now so I can ask him to get it for me. Or if you know of a place in Canada, that'd be great too.

What part of the US is your DH visiting?
My favorite brand of brown sushi rice is Nishiki brand. If he's on the west coast, I would think that would be easy to find in most grocery stores.
I usually find it here in Virginia at Kroger or Harris Teeter supermarkets. These stores are in the southeast region of the US. Also, you might tell DH to try some of the larger Asian markets.
