I am on my 4th day of using Obagi Nu Derm. My consultant said I could use the Blender and Tretinoin every third day as I'm a nurse and I didn't want my face peeling too much. However I have had some days off, so I decided to use it for the first 3 nights continuously, and the peeling is not too bad at the moment. However, this morning after applying the Exfoderm for the 4th day, my face was stinging a lot and I am wondering if I should reduce this to every other day or 3rd day as I cannot go to work with such a red face which is on fire! I would really appreciate some advice please. |

yes you can if it is burning then cut back the days that you are using it maybe every 3rd-4th day then build back up |

Thank you for replying so quickly. Is this what you did? Also, should I cut both the Exfoderm (am) and the Blender/Tretinoin(pm)on the same day for a day or 2, or should I alternate not doing one one day, and then not doing the other another day? This is a bit scary looking like this so I just need some advice please, and still want a good result.
Thank you. |

I replied to you on the other thread. Either the same day or alternating days, you will have to play around and see how your skin reacts. I would first try the RA/Blender 1 day and the Exfoderm the next but I wouldn't use the Exfoderm more than twice a week. |
