I went to the mall last weekend, and saw a couple of girls sitting in a chair with blue light shining on their teeth. I asked the guy what he was selling, and he said it was the Hollywood White Teeth Whitening System.
He said he could bring down my teeth about 8 shades for $99 and 25 minutes of sitting in front of the UV light.
I decide to try it despite the fact that I had a burn on my gum from tasting too hot food the night before. The guy put the solution in a tray, and stuck that in my mouth. Then he put the UV light in front of my teeth. I had to hold my lips open but the tray helped with it. It was a bit uncomfortable. The peroxide in the product made my gum a bit more sensitive, but my teeth were fine. He said his product only had 18% peroxide, so it's more gentle than Zoom.
My saliva kept filling up, and I had to ask to spit a couple times during the 25 minutes session.
My result I thought was ok. I think I did not get 8 shades whiter, but maybe 5 shades. My teeth can never be perfectly white, and I think it's white enough.
I'm looking into a home treatment, which comes with the light. It's called Perfectly White.

I wonder if anyone has tried this. It's not too expensive, and comes with 30 days $ back guarantee. I'm tempted. |

I think maybe you could try the perfectlywhite then. I think I will order. I'm going to have to buy a lamp though. I don't have one that would be able to be set to shine in front of my teeth. I emailed the company and they suggested the hands-free kind, but then I cannot share that with my guy since the light is attached to the tray. |
