Oh my gosh, I bought the Reviva Labs Firming Eye Serum with DMAE, Ester C, and Alpha Lipoic Acid and just tried it Wednesday night and Thursday morning. By the end of the day, my eyes looked so old. My right upper eyelid which usually looked full above the crease started to look sunk in like my left upper lid. My lids looked droopy! I stopped using it after I noticed this, and used my regular eye cream, so this morning I woke up with a more refreshed look, and the right upper lid did not have that sunk in look any more.
Wow! I must say I cannot continue to use this eye serum.
I'm still trying the other creams I bought from them via vitacost, but I'm not holding my breath for good results now after this disasterous experience. |

Scary! Do you have a list of all the ingredients, what else is in the base of the serum besides the DMAE, Ester C and ALA?
What is your regular eye cream, and do you use it on your upper eyelid? |

If I were you I would quit wasting my money. I will tell you a little secret. First make sure you are taking a multi -vitamin. Eat lots of veggies, drink lots of water. Now make sure your skin is clean when you go to bed at night, then coat your skin with vaseline. Leave this on all night and remove in the morning. The reason this works so good is because first it is sealing off your skin from spores that can age you, retains moisture and helps clean out pores. I got all this advise from my dermatologist! |

Doesn't vaseline clog pores? I love vaseline for my lips, but I don't know about putting it all over my face. Maybe just the eye area? |

Here's the list from vitacost:
Ingredients: Demineralized spring water, olive oil, cyclomethicone, whole wheat protein, DMAE bitartrate, mulberry extract, lime extract, alpha lipoic acid, ascorbyl palmitate, hyaluronic acid, allantoin, xanthan gum, cetearyl alcohol, ceteareth 20, methylparaben, propylparaben, imidazolidinyl urea.
Do you think I'm allergic to something in it? I have not been using eye cream regularly. My eyes reacted well with the L'Oreal Revitalift. But I ran out of that. I've been sampling eye cream from Sephora. The Dr Brandt Lineless Eye Cream has been good, but not as good as Revitalift. |
