Hello,
I've just had my lips augmented with Juvederm Ultra Plus and I purchased a bottle of Vivier Serum 20 (Vitamin C) for my face while I was at the clinic.
The last time I was there I purchased Vivier HydraGel and I've used that on my lips regularly, I was wondering if the Serum 20 can also be used on the lips or not. The warning says to avoid contact with "mucous membranes" and I don't really know what that refers to.
I thought this serum might be beneficial to stimulate collagen growth in the lips and help to smooth and plump them more in combination with the HydraGel and LipFusion XL. Maybe even help the Juvederm last me a bit longer, who knows.
What do you think? |

I don't know....I've applied it all around my lips, but not directly on my lips. It's an excellent question and I would also ask the doctor who did your lips. |

In case anyone is interested:
I called Vivier Pharma and asked. I was told that putting it on the outer parts of the lips is fine but that they dont recommend using it directly on the lips in case you happen to lick your lips after or somehow get it into your mouth.
I'm using it on my lips with the HydraGel overtop followed by Lip Fusion XL. |

Yeah, I stopped using it on my lips....it was being odd and decided it would be best not to use things that arent meant to be used on them. |

Good idea, you may have done damage instead of help it. |
