This may be a dumb question... but I just cant seem to do this right.

In fact I barely wear lip gloss for this sole purpose. OR the lip enhancers like lip fusion.

Ive tried tissues which stick to my lips or a wet cloth which doesnt do the best job either.

And thats just at home - if Im out and need to remove it - Im in trouble.

Thanks

What kind of gloss are you using? Mine never lasts long enough for removal to be an issue.

Vaseline works great at removing lipstick/lipgloss.

Well lip fusion i use overnight and is still there in the morning and then i cant get it off for breakfast. Smile

I also use just various lip glosses (occasionally - due to it being such a pain to remove.)

Thanks

Baby Wipes. This has been a performers secret for instant makeup fixes or changes!

Well, I have the opposite problem - my question would be "How do you make lip gloss stay on?" My lip gloss seems to come off the moment I lick my lips or have a drink. Very Happy

Just another thought - you could try kissing someone, that usually gets it off. Laughing

Maybe thats the answer for me - licking lips/drinking. It skeves me to think of doing so with lip gloss on (i dont want to taste it and think it will taste nasty.) SO thats why i try to rub it off first.

Thanks for hte responses. I will try baby wipes.

Same thing here! Any lip gloss gone after a few hours and I have to add more.
May be try to take it off with jojoba oil. I use this oil to take off a very heavy physical sunblock and I think it is the hardest product to remove from the skin as regular make-up remover don't work.

Do you have eye make up remover? It can also remove lipstick/lipgloss in gentle way. Just apply with cotton pad.

This would be my suggestion too. BTW you are lucky at having this problem, I reapply lipgloss every 2-3 hours or so!

Eye make up remover is milder than face make up remover.
Try this method but don't rub too harsh.

Get some DHC Silky Cotton pads. They don't produce lint like cotton pads or tissues. One of them used with both sides should be enough to get it off without sticking to your lips.

Plus they're great for removing eye makeup and applying toner.
