I was reading about the oil cleansing method and a member mentioned that using a balm cleanser is a just as good as doing the OCM. So I was wondering what is the difference between a balm cleanser and regular ones? |

Both cleansing oil and balm cleanser are oil based cleanser. But the cleansing oil can be emulsificated when add water. So can keep skin clean and fresh. It is suitable for oily/combination skin because sometimes may feel tight and a little bit dry after using it.
For balm, it can't be emulsificated. You always need to use cloth with warm water to remove it. It is better to use on dry skin which would not be dry the skin. |

You're welcome.
But be careful to use cleansing oil. Don't rub too much time because it may draw out all oil from skin and make you skin dry and peeling (I had experience,HAHA).
Also, remember to use other cleanser after using cleansing oil. The residue of cleansing oil can blocked pores, too. |
