I eat chocolate everyday - I have two pieces with a cup of tea after dinner - plus I'm post menopausal. I knew it was doing me good!  |

Yes, I do the same thing, but it has to be the really dark chocolate so that I can claim "heart health"! |

| Does anyone know of a chocolate with a good non-sugar sweetener, i.e. stevia, since we now realize the tremendous importance, no, the necessity, of incorporating chocolate into our diets! |

| I eat dark chocolate almost every day. I just love the taste of chocolate, plus it gives me energy I need and of course it is very good for health. |

| I've ate dark chocolate everyday for probably 4-5 years and I'm not fat. Big stress releaver at work. I had people buying it for me. They knew it was a bad day when I was eating it before 1 |
