I am really tempted of trying a DIY eyelash perm, and had already asked someone on the forum who does it by herself and seems to be happy about it.
I had this done in the past and liked the results except for 2 times when the rods used where too small for my eyelashes...
However in my research of the system/ kit to use I have found this:
easy perm eyelash

i-lash curl system
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfBmwILTJDI
They look simple to me as the system to clip your eyelashes in, is pretty much the same as the one used on lash curlers. But i am not quite sure if this is actually easier to use as a DIY than the traditional way.
Another concern is about the curl looking like a 90 degree angle, as many times happens with a curler, instead getting the smooth look of the rod.
Anyone has any experience with this new methods? looks like the easy perm is popular in France... any french beauty can review this method?
I have found them on ebay, but still hesitating if the way to go is the traditional system with glue and rods or give this new one a try.
Any thoughts will be appreciated. |
