Do you mean a cosmetic or a skincare solution?
For a cosmetic, you could try a tinted moisturiser. Laura Mercier do an excellent one - it's not cheap but it lasts a long time. There are plenty of others on the market, though. Some primers can be used effectively without foundation on top and give a nice finish to the skin.
For skincare, then I'd advise you use something underneath rather than over your moisturiser, and it depends what kind of skin you have.
Finally, do you think you might be overdoing it on the exfoliating/dry brushing etc? I think these should make your skin glow rather than look dull. Perhaps you need a richer moisturiser, too? |

I've never used this so I'm not necessarily recommending it, but this Senna Illuminating Drops sounds like what you're looking for. You can actually mix it with your moisturizer. Senna cosmetics are very nice products.

What type of skin do you have? What products do you use? I agree with previous member, may be you over exfoliated your skin or need a stronger moisturizer. It is hard to recommend a product when we don't know your skin type. |

Yes, your products should not leave your skin dull. This means something is not working for you or your routine is exfoliating too much. Maybe you should cut back and see how your skin looks to gauge if that is the problem. |
