| I love watching and following along with instructional dvds, reading the instructions just does'nt get it for me. Can you suggest a good facial massage dvd, one that helps tighten skin and gives it a glow. I have read FE's instructions and Ageless and can not visualize it. Thanks for any suggestions. |

Kay, I had the same problem as you, and to this day still don't think I have it exactly right. To be honest, the instruction in the exercise books, left me with more questions than answers.. I'm all about the visuals!
I found some U-Tube videos that cover some basic facial massage technique, as well as lymphatic drainage massage. Perhaps they will help you a little;

I was able to get a pretty good idea of what was important to do, by watching several of the videos at the above link. Although you won't see the agressive pulling, tugging and yanking talked about in the books.

| Thanks for your reply but I am really looking for a dvd I tried googling but nothing really came up. I know some other people that instruct facial exercise have dvds out there on facial massage but I can not remember who they are. |
