I've been reading thru all the LED posts and although I'm not yet done reading they all seem to be geared toward the anti-aging LED's.
Is anyone using a blue LED to treat acne? |

I dont suffer from pimples or oily skin but have a friend that used blue led light and high frequency. She has told me that the High Frequency method works more than blue LED. Hope this helps. |

I used the blue light on a cystic-type pimple on my cheek a couple weeks ago that was so inflammed and red, I thought I might have to go to a derm. After 1 10 minute treatment, it was less swollen and red. The next day it looked well on its way to healing. I can't tell you how impressed I was with the blue LED light. |
