I know most people probably wonder this, but I just had a "quick" question....
I use retin a micro. But i also have 2 creams I made myself (matryil 3000 and pepti-tight (?). I try to just use them often.
Now I have both argon oil (a gift) and hemp seed oil.
I just dont know when to use all this stuff.
PLUS I dermaroll (which I do once every 6 weeks), use a pretika light and do cupping.
I would love to get a routine going. After all this time - I just cant figure out what is best.
CAN ANYONE HELP??
THANKS |

I think either the hemp oil or the argon oil would be great to use with the cupping if you do the cupping as a sliding massage. |

Thanks... i figured that would work and tried it last night (hemp seed oil). I actually bruised my cheek for the first time. I use the pump though - not the vaculifter.
What if i layered creams and oils - thats an option too - right? |

I try to put the things on in layers- after I wash and dry and wait awhile- I layer first the retinoids,(at night) or the exfoliating stuff (in the mornings) - then after 15 minutes, I put on any serums I might be trying, (Jason's c - serum is one I love but I'm out of right now) then after that I put on sunscreens.I love nanci's botox alternative sunscreen- I have been able to use it now for a few months off and on and no bad reaction so far.
For oils, I use them for massaging and for the vaculifter. ANd for cupping massage on my legs when I try that - I dont have a lot of patience for that though. |
