They do but I think that the rates are pretty pricey. |

You can always check the ratings and read reviews about a seller on eBay.
I bought Skinceuticals a few times from eBay and if I find the name of the seller I will send an e-mail to you with information. |

I order Skinceuticals on ebay. The CE Ferulic as well as the pholoretin (sp?) are what I get. Buying the 6 vial sample size seems most economical. I keep one vial out a room temp and store the others in the fridge.
Just check out the seller's ratings and buy from someone who does a lot of business and has a lot of good reviews.
I'm in the US, not sure of shipping costs to Canada, or if there are good ca ebay sources of Skinceuticals -- you'd think there would be though. |

I always think that if an Ebay store could ship its item internationally, then any item would not be limited. |
