Hello ladies,
Please let me know if there are any quality face powders.
I am using now a compact one from Dior which I like but the price is around 52 Cad and if there is a good one( not sooo expensive) I would like to try it!
Thanks lots, |

I like paul&joe face powder, which includes a small little of shimmer, and makes my skin looks so perfect.
Besides, paul&joe also has a product Compact Face Powder, which is very convenient for us to taken in our bags. And this compact has a color of Lavender, I like this color so much! |

Ah well, you're using one already. Dior is pretty classy.
Benefit Get Even is pretty nice. Its more yellow & designed to even out skin tone. |

MakeupForever has a HD finishing powder that gives a flawless finish and is long lasting. Sephora had trouble keeping it on their shelves, I finally had to order it. It is colorless. |

I use Amazing Cosmetics powder. It has long lasting effect and not too expensive. |

I use CLINIQUE Powder Lightweight powder
Suitable for all types of skin
Makes pores seem to disappear
Hand-rub onto face for most silken and flawless finish
Whisk off excess with swivel-out brush |

Well, I tried a sample of Clinique face powder, and I do not like it at all! Because it looks like so normal, nothing serious from any cheap powder. And besides, i think face powder should give us a poetty look, but this Clinique powder really "seem to disappear", just like what you said. |

I know one thing for sure about powders. Expensive doesn't mean better. In fact Wet n' Wild has a nice powder, all the colors are great and you can't beat the price. |

I like Laura Mercier's loose powder in Translucent. I like it because it doesn't have colour in it and so it doesn't change the colour of my foundation when i put it on top. The proof for me is that i bought a second pot of it recently. |

I second that recommendation. It's very fine, gives a natural effect, and it's the best I've found. |

I like Lumiere's loose Finishing powder in Venna velvet. They have different types of finishing powder for each skin type (oily, normal, combo).
It leaves my skin with a nice matte polished finished after-which I just use a little spritzer.
Throughout the day, I do not reapply. I just using blotting papers if necessary to avoid that cakey make-up look. |

I have been using Bobbi Brown loose powder and noticed that the powder doesn't really go well with foundation. You can see that there is powder on your face.
I just started with the Bare Escentuals kit and I'm really impressed by their mineral veil. It goes on so smoothly. Their foundation powders are good too and they are really light and lasts all day. |

ITA. I'm actually using pressed powder by Jane right now and like it very much. I think Maybelline also has some nice powders. |

You should consider Becca loose powder, which is really really good! |
