I've posted here a couple of times, but it's been a while. I know you all are more into facial exercise over here, I'm really interested in getting more into this. I have facercise, but kinda wondering if Ageless if you dare might be worth a try, I wish there were more before and after photos. I looked at flex Effect, because I don't think I have the discipline to spend that much time every day. do you think I could grasp the exercises by just downloading. Really anxious to get started or do you need the book or DVD. Any help would really be appreciated.

I don't have the dvd, just the book, but there are some amateur videos online that are free. Also, there is an ageless board where you can ask questions if you aren't sure how to do a particular maneuver. The exercises are all pretty straightforward though, and you can't beat the price of the book. |

The Ageless program is so cheap (~$10), that it's almost hard not to try it, imo .
Ageless is my second favorite facial exercise program. What I like about it is the emphasis on the cheeks, the training schedule, and Loulou's exercise for the lips. The negatives for me are that it's not comprehensive (in that it ignores or downplays other areas of the face), it doesn't take into account individuality, and that I don't get the best contractions from the exercise technique recommended (though they are still fairly good!).

FlexEffect is my favorite program because I get the best contractions from the exercises, it's comprehensive, and it's given me the best results. The downsides are that it's more expensive and the book materials provides less guidance and handholding, with the idea that you learn your individual needs by yourself or working with a trainer.
Using FlexEffect, I spend 15 minutes a day on exercises and 5 minutes on massage, whereas in Ageless you do 5 minutes on exercises and however long you want to on massage. In FlexEffect, you can design a facial exercise program of any time length...the difference is that because FlexEffect actually includes exercises that targets all areas of the face, you'll most likely *want* exercise longer to try to hit all the areas over your training cycle...so that's where the extra time comes from. But, yes, if you want to do all 40+ exercises, it would probably take 30-40 minutes a day, but there is no need to do that, just as you wouldn't exercise all 500+ muscles in your body every single day.
On whether to get Ageless or FlexEffect, I'd say both! But if I had to pick one, I'd personally go with FlexEffect as I was willing to put in a little extra investment for better results...but Ageless might be the clear answer for other newbies...I think it depends on how hectic your life is, what your particular facial issues are, and whether you have the time and dedication to learn more.

Hard to say...it varies person by person. But I can add that you learn not just by reading and watching, by also by experimenting to see what positions and angles give you the best contractions.
This only scratches the surface, plus different people have different experiences...there are a number of threads on here that have a wealth of information on Ageless and FlexEffect (pros and cons of both), so if you do searches on them, you'll find more information. You'll get the most information in those threads.
