| Does anyone take resveratrol supplements? Currently I'm taking one from vitacost(NSI Resveratrol 100 mg) but I noticed they a few different versions/types. I'm having s hard finding actual data as far as the best type and amount to take. Mostly what comes up when I search is data from companies that are selling it. Does anyone have good links? |

I started taking one a couple of months ago and I found it at the local vitamin shoppe. The brand I buy is called nature's way- I got it becasue it seemed like it had more mg's for the money.
I don't know much about it, but I figured it was worth incorporating into my routine. |
