| I'm going to be taking 3g each day (Nature's Bounty time released 1.5g Vitamin C morning and night). I'm male, 18,~150 lbs.Will there be any adverse health effects? Thanks |

| Its difficult to determine based solely on your age, but it really depends what your taking Vit C for, but recent RDA levels suggest anything from 1,000 mg a day is fine. Vit C is water soluble so if you did take more than your body needed at one time, it would filter out through your urine etc. |
