I've been taking them for years..actually I have to restart. I always forget to take them. I'm on autoship and I really should start before they expire. They're wonderful, but pricey. I do remember a while back (years ago) I was taking them religiously and my oral surgeon commented that he's never had anyone heal so quickly from gum surgery. I'm sure it was the vitamins.. (have to check back which ones)I'm a smoker, we don't heal well.
The skin care is pretty good too. I always order the cleanser (when I have a vitamin backlog) just to keep up my autoship.
I think my favourite's the biomega fish oil..except for the fishy aftertaste |

I know someone that swears by them, but said that they are cheaper on ebay. I don't know myself, I stick with NSI vitamins for now. |

I take the Essentials and some Optimizers. They've made the essentials smaller, they used to be big enough to choke a horse.
I haven't taken the proflavanol 90 in a couple of years. I just read the ingredients, I'm ordering it pronto! The other is the Biomega fish oil.
I'm not much of a pill-taker and I always forget. I'm going to put the pills next to the coffee machine..That's one thing I never forget |

I take Usana's essentials (multi vits and minerals) daily. It is their star product.
I like them and they do give me the extra perks I need for the day. But I must warn you that the Vit B6 content is pretty high so you might experience increase in food cravings. I have a friend who actually experience really good appetite when she first started and gain 2kg within a month!
You are supposed to take essentials twice daily. I take them once in the morning and once after lunch. If I take them in the evening, it actually keeps me awake at night.
I tried their re-set range for weight loss before. I can only say that meal replacement shakes are not for me. I am too much of a glutton not to eat solid food. |

I started taking these vitamins but they made me feel ill. I tried for 3 months but just couldn't tolerate them. |
