I was at the grocery store the other day and couldn't help but notice that the woman in line infront of me had about 75 frozen dinners 4-5 cases of diet soda. That was all she was getting (no fruits, veggies or anything like that). I stopped buying frozen dinners (I used to get Lean Cuisines sometimes) about a year ago because I read how all the sodium and preservatives in processed foods such as frozen dinners are terrible for you and are one of the big "aging foods." I don't mean to sound judgemental, but I looked at the woman and she had DEEP wrinkles and was probably in her late 30's or early 40's.
Also...someone recommended Jack Lallane face exercises on another beauty related message board. I looked them up on youtube...and they look like they would cause wrinkles rather than help firm up the muscles in the face! Let me know what you think. I'm too afraid to try these. They look absolutely bad for your skin.

Bella - we have several facial exercise threads here and lots of options for choosing.... Ageless if you dare will take you 5 minutes a day - love these, Flex Effect is a lot longer but excellent in terms of results, Carole Maggio is another.
Check out Eva Frasier's website - she has some free ones and some freebies of Carole Maggio can be found on you tube. You will always press and push the face when you do them but I PROMISE - they work....
P.S.: Don't know Jack's but he looks great ... so hey how bad can they be? |
