Hello, i've just been diagnosed with mild eczeema and im looking for ways to deal with it in the longterm without having to rely on topical steroids. Im especilly keen to avoid using them because the main area of my skin that is affected is around my eyes and ive been warned that putting steroid cream onto eyelids can lead to glaucoma. |

For my son the 100% Shea Butter works as well, or in some cases, better than the steroids. |

Shea butter (unrefined) works very well. Or mix a half cup of apple cider vinegar to a half cup of water, keep in a bottle. Use a cotton ball wrung out of course and dab your eye area with this solution and let it dry. Do this a couple times a day for several days. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. |

Another treatment with amazing results is the infrared sauna...not sure if you have access to one in the area you live but if so you may want to give it a try. |
