TriPolar "Stop" Skin Renewal Device (feedback?)

Is anyone familiar with this device? TriPolar is an Israeli company which has created many anti-aging devices and is supposedly very technologically advanced. It uses "radio frequency technology" and is a hand-held electrical device, similar to many of the devices touted here on EDS.

My mom approached me about purchasing this last week, asking me if I knew anyone who lived in the UK or France, as they only ship to those countries (I don't, but still think I could easily find a contact if I pursued it).

Has anyone heard of this device or tried it?

Here is the link to the site and video. I'd just appreciate any feedback on this, as my mom wants to purchase the best anti-aging hand held device and this is the one she has heard about.

On that note, I'd greatly appreciate anyone else's recs on their favorite such item, if it has truly produced results for you. I'd like to help her get the very best of what's out there.
