I have been studying facial exercise for some time. I feel that on the whole it seems to be beneficial.... however there are always some reports that it actually ages the face. I would like this thread to be an honest account of users experiences, so the waters can hopefully be cleared a little.
Please post:
1) How long you have been doing F E
2) Results - Positive,Negative
or None.
3) If possible photographic
evidence of your results.
Please can we keep this a thread about results... not arguments or exercise questions. Then hopefully we will have a valuable and long lasting real life account of Facial Exercise. |

Sister Sweets started a thread with lots of great info and people posting. Unfortunately, threads always get derailed and sidetracked. It seems like the person that started the thread has to jump in and moderate occasionally, which SS did a number of times in the thread below.
This is a very widely read forum and I think a lot of posters are hesitant to put up pics. I have done so only on the Flex Effect private forum.

Yes, I posted my experiences on that thread, too. So it's all there already |
