What % of retin a are you using?
Does a higher % mean it's necessarily better?
I used to use 0.05% gel without any problems. Now that I've finished using it, Im thinking of trying 0.1% gel.

Higher % does not equal better. If you are happy with your results stay with .05%. If not then give the .1% a try.

Hi Fairiedust,
I agree with GirlieGirl. Also, a higher percent sometimes means just more irritation I also thought that the 0.1% is often used for acne. Since you're young, I think sticking with a lower dose would be fine. I still alternate between 0.025 and 0.050% with good results.

A higher percentage doesn't necessarily mean it will be better for you. Sometimes the higher % will just cause you more irritation. I use .1% on my face and legs (I also use it for Psoriasis on my legs). The higher percentage does work better for the Psoriasis though.
