I'd like to start a thread to keep information and links related to Elastin, similar to what we have for inflammation, barrier repair (thanks rileygirl!) and product penetration.
If you have info related to Elastin (how to prevent degredation, etc.) please post it here.
I have an excellent article reference, but can't seem to post the link (maybe my office computer)
It is in Skin & Aging:
VOLUME: 15 PUBLICATION DATE: Oct 15 2007
If anyone else can pull the link, please try it!
Thanks, BF |

Excellent topic, and one I am Very interested in!
I have this: Extracellular matrix in cutaneous ageing: the ef fects of 0.1% copper–zinc malonate-containing cream on elastin
biosynthesis, but I only have it in PDF form. This is the Elastiderm study, btw. |
