A serving of Skin Eternal HA/Collagen II says it contains:
Type II collagen.............600mg
Chondroitin Sulfate..........200mg
HA...........................100mg
Other ingredients are:
microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide, and natural peppermint
I was just wondering if anyone had tried to weigh/mix their own batch w/o fillers to save $. The prepacked bottles aren't all that expensive, but you have to take quite a bit, all these supps add up to really quite a ridiculous amount of money. Add in the topicals and I really start getting embarrassed I'm this concerned. Plus, I was kinda thinking about dumping them in a smoothie in the AM to cut down on my pill eating, which is just wasting money on packaging/capsules...I'm a gagger with pills. It's brutal trying to swallow them all. Anyways, probably a stupid idea, huh? |
