| can any one tell me which company carries better version of the pomagranate oil |

Hi alexbeauty - I would either call or email each company and ask them the percentage of pure oil which is in each of their products.
also ask about shipping charges - both companies are good and have reputable products -

Hello alexbeauty,
Having checked both sites, they both sell pure unadulterated pomegranate seed oil, both companies have excellent reputations!
I have purchased products from each one and was very satisfied! The biggest difference I see is MRH sells varying sizes, but as this is an oil to be diluted in a carrier oil I don't think you need more than the one ounce size offered at GOW. They are both very conscious of things being organic and pesticide free.
