I just started buying makeup brushes and its opened a whole new world to me. My favorite brushes are my SKiNN Kabuki buffering brush & my double ended eye shade and blend brush.
What are the makeup brushes you can't live without? |

Kabukis regular size = Lumiere (have two)for MMU foundation
fibre optic brush for blush = one is Lumiere and the other is Adorned with Grace. AWG has a longer handle
synthetic concealer brushes = many different suppliers
assorted eye brushes = too many to name
still looking for a fluffy powder brush |

| I can't pick just one. For stippling foundation, the Lumiere duo fiber skunk brush; for cream blush the Julie Hewett Cheekie brush; for an eyeshadow wash, Stila's Number Number 5; for buffing mineral makeup, Alima 25 or Lumiere's kabuki. Those I love. I have other brushes that I like pretty well, but I wouldn't necessarily repurchase them right away if they were lost the way I would the ones I listed above. |

I have sooooo many I would eat up 2 pages listing all my favorites! There are a lot of great ones out there and I buy tons, I am a junkie for good brushes!

Smashbox
philosophy
alloette
pur minerals
bare essentials
senna
I'm stopping now my list would be embarrassing, already did that on "What do you have too much of" thread!

I've been using the same Shu Uemura #20 pony hair blush brush for the last 10 years or so, and it's still going strong.
But recently, I've discovered EcoTool brushes - affordable, environmentally-friendly and very soft, so I may just replace all my highend brushes with EcoTools in the future. |

I have to also throw my vote to the MAC 187. Love this brush and you can do just about anything with it - blush, bronzer, foundation, highlighter. For eyes I would have to say the MAC 217 - its a blending brush but you can apply an all over highlighter to the eye and then use a darker colour to use on the crease.
I know I know one was asked, but really you can't just have one make-up brush! javascript:emoticon(' ') |
