I recently bought a 30 package of premade shakes for Green +. Is this worth it? Has anyone tried it and did it do anything to their skin? I try to eat a good amount of fruits and vegetables, so I'm wondering if this will do a thing.
Greens + was recommended in a book I read by Jeanette Graf about balancing your pH levels. "Stop Aging, Start Living: The Revolutionary Two Week pH Diet" by Dr. Graf is the book.

I don't have experience with Green+, but I do make a green shake every morning. Does it help? You bet it does. It helps with health in general which is reflected in your skin.
I use these powedered shakes because they're quick, and I know I'm getting good nutrition that I might not get during the day if I didn't use them. I've also juiced raw drinks, and that's absolutely the best way to go, but the juice takes time to make, and of course, it takes a lot of effort to clean up. I use the green powders as a runner up to juicing.
When I make these shakes I add hemp seed (Omega 3,6), I also add raw cacao nibs, blueberries (or other fruit), and gogi berries. I blend it all with almond milk (easy to make yourself) in a good blender (mine is a Vita-mix). The result is not only delicious, but extremely healthy and good for the skin. |

I have used the Greens+ for months. I love it and I know it is good for my body. I have seen no difference in my skin from using this, though! |

I think the Greens Plus is great for your body. As someone else stated, I have not noticed anything for my skin.
I have also purchased a generic brand for Greens Plus. I got the Life Brand from SDM and I find it is just as good.
What did you think of the book? I read this Jeannette Graf's book a while ago. I made a couple of diet changes but did not change any of my skin care products. |

What are the ingredients?
And what's the nutritional data on the label? |

I have been wanting to try greens+ but am a little afraid of what it might taste like. I usually make a protein smoothie daily and was thinking of adding it to that. |

The Greens+ tastes very good to me, girliegirl. It is not a nasty taste at all. They also have a berry flavor, I believe, which is equally good! |

Greens + tastes good on its own, especially the orange flavor but it can be added to your own juice or even smoothie as a great supplement. |

I agree that the Greens + taste is very acceptable for this kind of product. I have the berry version. I add juice to it. |
