Are the freeze-dried "superfood" powders bogus? Has anyone really looked into how nutrients are absorbed and whether their bio-availability is ruined when processed and delivered to the body in this way?
What all is taken out of these with this process? Just water? Water and fiber content? What about sugar?
I know we have a lot of green smoothie lovers here...so hopefully someone knows the answer. I don't trust any sites I can find info on, they're all selling something. |

I go off and on with Paradise Herbs' ORAC Miracle Greens. I buy it off iherb.com since its the cheapest price i found. Of all the powdered greens I have looked into, this brand seems to be the best, it gives me energy and has a laxative effect when you start using it. |
