Hi hittin 40 - If you go to the Tua Viso thread you'll find the name of a person who bought the Tua Trend. Also another individual with the name KayS I think also bought the Tua Trend.
However, there is not much info on this forum about that gadget. Good luck - DiPhx

Actually Kay S. has both the Tua Viso and the Tua trend and she can really compare and give you great information.

Hi Hittin40,

This is my very first post on this forum! Laughing I'll try to answer your question, but please bear in mind that I cannot compare the Tren'd with the Tua Viso, because I've never used one.
I've had mine for about 5 weeks, and so far , I'm quite pleased with it. However, I remember Kassy saying in one of her posts that she could feel more than she could see any difference, and I think I'm probably going through the same stage. But it's early days yet! Razz

To the best of my knowledge, there are two main differences:
The sponges are larger on the TT, which means you can cover a slightly bigger area than with the TV.
There are different 5 programmes for different area of the face. Each one has a different intensity, because it targets different muscles.
Each programme lasts 3 minutes. You start off by placing the wand and raising the intensity. You'll then have a series of contractions, which last for about 2.5 minutes. For the last 30 seconds, the current is different, and the contractions you get have quite a strong "pulling" effect.

It takes about 35 minutes to do the whole face; it can , of course, be done watching TV, but I've found I have to "concentrate" on placing the wand and reaching the right level for the contractions ( that goes from 0 to 60, but I can only go up to 25, otherwise it becomes quite uncomfortable, especially the 30 seconds at the end!)If you compare it with the new Slendertone face , for example, where you just switch it on and carry on with whatever you were doing before, the Tua Tre'nd certainly requires your attention through the whole process. I believe the Tina Richards version is slightly more practical, in that you can pre-set the intensity for each programme.

One or two things that I think could be improved:

if you move the wand around you face, the sponges come off the 2 metal heads sometimes.

I would have liked an "extra" programme, with a sort of permanent current rather than successive contractions, so as to be able to do a "massage " kind of treatment.

But on the whole, I'm really happy with it. It's simple and fun to use, and I'm really hoping to see the results for Chrismas! Laughing

Just let me know if you have any questions.
