Hi Guys, Like many, I've stretched my earlobes from years of wearing heavy earrings. Does anyone know anything about earlobe reduction surgery? Also, do you have to register to use makemeheal? Thank you. |

Mars I had a girlfriend who had something similar done, I am not sure if this what you are referring to or not but... The holes from pierced ears had stretched to the point where one small tug and it would be ripped right thru. The plastic surgeon put a couple of stitches in the hole; monthish later all was well.
Insurance did not cover the procedure. |

That's actually not what I'm thinking about. I'm thinking about the earlobe itself, not the stretched hole. Thank you! |

Mars, my girlfriend had very large earlobes and was so embarrassed that she used to hide them with clip on earrings. When she had a full face lift, her surgeon trimmed them. I do recall, it took awhile for them to heal, but now they look perfectly normal.

I thought about this - noticed Joan Rivers' ears which are really ageing and conspicuous next to the rest of her face. It probably can be done but just think if Joan hasn't done it it must be a bit obscure! |
