Hi Starxiao
I would definitely start out with using a vitamin c serum Skinceuticals C E Ferlic would be the best option for your concerns imo, also remember to always use as good quality spf every morning. Then for night you could start to incorporate AHA's, retin a on alternate or every few nights and for the other nights a nice hydrating cream.

I use Elemis Pro-Collagen Marine Cream in the morning and Elemis Pro-Collagen Oxygenating Night Cream in the evening. Sometimes I will use their serum as well.
You will see amazing results by using these products.
My forehead had some fine lines before. But I can't see them anymore after using Elemis skincare! Maybe I am lucky with this brand!
I am well-chuffed with their products. |

I also learned from this thread and a lot of things. Thank you for the unselfish sharing I heard that eat more foods containing collagen. For example: swollen. |

Get a vitamin C serum, it has the research to back it up. Topical collagen is useless as it cant be absorbed into the skin. |

Eating foods high in vitamin C is more beneficial than supplements and also diets high in linoleic acid, found in both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, promoted younger looking skin by reducing dryness and thinning.
Also avoid staying under the sun when you can, wear sunscreen religiously, not smoking and good moisturizer. Hope this helps..goodluck. |

Agree, and collagen supplements are no better, I saw a doctor say the hydrochloric acid in our gastric juices destroys collagen before your body can possibly absorb it!
