Ok, so i've had this red "pimple" on my nose for 3-4 weeks. It won't go away. It doesn't hurt when i touch it, it's soft, and it's about the size of half a penny. Please give me some tips on how to get rid of it.

ok, so i just picked at it, which i know is not encouraged, but anyways, some puss came out, and ALOT of blood came out also. When i picked at it, i kind of took some of the skin from the side of it, i think that's why it's so red. Anyone know how to heal that spot? I am currently using neosporin on that spot.

I use polysporin in a situation like this but if you like likes neosporin that ok too. I would just that, no acne treatments since the skin a now broken.

Those would be scabies, chiggers ect. which almost always cause a wide spread rash including intense itching, not one eruption. This sounds more along the lines if a large pimple or small boil. Unless other symptoms occur and it heals then I think the antibiotic ointment is a good choice. If it continues to bleed, ooze pus or won't heal then I suggest seeing a doctor as the nose can introduce infection to the brain!

apply some poly or neo-sporin and put a bandaid over it at night time, Should heal and kill bacteria as its an antibiotic!

How long do you guys think it will take for the dot to heal completely? Because right now, it's not really red, but it's kinda dark brown, anyone know why?

Sometimes following injury the skin can develope post-inflammatory pigmentation, this does usually fade with time (don't pick!) but it can be stubborn to get it to disappear completely. This tends to be pink/red in fair skins and brown in colour on darker skin tones.
Once it has completely and totally healed, exfoliation and use of products designed to target pigmentation will help.
Hope that helps a bit.

Since you said it bled that might just be a normal scab that formed to protect the skin underneath, just use the OTC antibiotic ointment and don't pick (hard as it is) it will fall off when it is healed fully!
