Hi,
I would like to share my experience. I hope that it may help someone.
Lately, I developed a hypotension problem and I was prescribed the pills to deal with this problem. Although they usually work, I don’t feel comfortable taking them on a daily basis and instead I take them as needed, that doesn’t make my doctor happy. I was looking for some natural remedies. I have a lot of essential oils (EO) at home and a few days ago I decided to employ them. For this purpose I used Ylang Ylang EO and Lavender EO and they normalized my high blood pressure pretty fast. I applied undiluted Lavender EO on my wrists and on my temples. I also inhaled Ylang Ylang EO from the bottle. When I measured my blood pressure after about 30 minutes (application and inhalation) it was normal. This morning again I woke up with a bad headache and high blood pressure. I used the same EOs in the manner described above and this treatment was effective as well. I usually have very persistent headaches but the oils took care of them as well.
Please, don’t stop taking your medications, this is just my experience. |
