I know I know! Don't pick! I am terrible for this.....how do I reverse the damage and get rid of acne scars.....FAST preferably! |

Red marks left from picking, I would not say I have indents.Just markings |

Using an AHA product will help fade them assuming the skin is healed over, dont apply to open wounds. Alpha Hydrox or Paula's Choice are good. |

I would have to agree with the above comment, any exfoliating product will help to reduce acne scars. In addition microdermabrasion works extremely well. What I have found over the years is that if I take a really good multivitamin, fish oil and vitamin C my skin heals so quickly it is insane, opposed to when I do not. |

i would recommend Obagi nu-Derm, I used to have acne skin, but all of them are gone, and not even the scar, I am still using obagi now, everyone always say I got good skin!! |
_________________ using obagi now.. I had combination skin, oily on T zone and sensitive on cheek area.. easy to get breakout on chin and jaw line.. |
