Hi herama! I know your pain. I too am very thin and have been plagued by cellulite for about a decade now. I think a combination of things has helped me, although my problem is being consistent with all of it. Rolling Eyes I've ranked them based on how well they work for me:

1. Rubber Glass - This is a small rubbery suction cup that's used specifically for improving cellulite. I bought mine years ago and actually find that these help the most of everything I've tried, but again consistency is key. You have to use a lot of oil on your skin and then you press these to it and squeeze slightly to create suction. Then you slide it upwards towards the heart (straight lines, circles, etc.). You just have to be careful to start with only a small amount of pressure and work your way up, otherwise you will bruise. This essentially works the same way as some of the more expensive salon treatments do. Here is the link where I purchased mine:

http://www.selfmassager.com/

3. Rebounding - This is by far the absolute best exercise you can do for cellulite. If you have a rebounder (small trampoline), use it at least 10 minutes each day, the more times you can the better. You don't even have to jump for it to be effective, just slightly bounce where your feet don't even lift off the rebounder. Feel free to jump if you want though! The reason this exercise is the best for cellulite is because it directly activates the lymph system. Your lymph system cannot "flush" on it's own, it requires your calf/ankle/foot to "pump" it.

Just taking a look here; I'm also slim and a gym bunny for 19 years but have had cellulite since the age of 21.
I'm definitely going to look into the rubber glass (cupping?) - although a friend backed off having this done professionally as she read it can cause stretchmarks. I take it no one has experienced this? I've been using a vaculift on my face since Oct so I'm familiar with the skin strengthening properties of suction.
On the rebounding, sorry to be a kill joy but women should be very careful with this as our bladders, or more specifically our pelvic floor muscles, are not structurally compatible with bouncing up and down. Or our boobs for that matter!

No, I've never had problems with stretch marks and cupping. Then again, I've never had stretch marks so I might not be the best example.

As far as the rebounding, this is why I was trying to clarify what you should do for cellulite, just a slight up and down movement with your feet. You don't really bounce at all. The movement of the feet back and forth pumps the lymph system, so very little bouncing is actually needed. With this method, you don't bounce anymore than you do when you walk. Does that make sense?

Just correcting the statement above, totally understand where you're coming from re. lymph and pumping the feet. Great advice!

I've also heard this to be true with running. One MD I went to said females should never run because of the pounding effect it has on the body, particularly the reproductive organs. Fortunately (or unfortunately!), I can't run anyways because I have bad knees. It's just the elliptical for me!

Losing weight makes the fat cells smaller.

Some people are genetically predisposed. I know a woman in her 40s and her mother in her 70s who have no cellulite and do none of the stuff suggested. They have few wrinkles compared to women their age as well. They are both smokers and have always gone out in the sun. They happen to be of Middle Eastern descent.

I recall seeing Christy Turlington years ago demonstrating yoga on TV and she had cellulite on her thighs. That is when I decided not to worry about it! Besides, I never wear bathing suits so no one ever sees it.

My family has no cellulite. It has to be genetic. I am the only one who exercises. Veins seems to be more of an issue but luckily I have ducked that so far.

That is all BS, cellulite is from fascia issues, use the fascia blaster, stretch and exercise.
