I was enjoying the luxury of catching up on some reading and I found an interesting article about anti-aging secrets in the November issue of Health magazine. One of their recommendations is to supplement with N-Acetylcysteine. I'd be interested in any input from anyone who uses this supplement.
Here's the section of the article:
"Another option is supplementing with potential wrinkle fighter N-Acetylcysteine ($23.99). “We’ve known about this amino acid for a while, but the fascinating new data is on its benefits for skin health,” Dr. Buka says. Talk to your dermatologist before trying it, so you can ask about any potentially risky interactions with other medications you may be taking."
