| Hi there, guys, I'm a newbie and so thrilled that I have found such a great Forum to answer my questions. I have been using Jansen Beckett products some months now and have been very pleased with the results... However, I have contacted JB several times to ask how I could get better firmness and also that I had become allergic to Okusil Eye Serum which I adore and what could i do or try differently? But nobody ever replied which was a real dissapointment. I have a chronic kidney condition and have suffered from really bag eye bags all my life and as an actress it was a real pain and the bum. But the answers were here! So, thanks and hope to learn a lot more x |

Hi VANITY - I'm really glad that you found the forum! You should have had a response from JB to your emails but if you don't hear back then try to give them a call. They had a notice on their site (not sure if they still do) that they were unable to deal with the large volume of emails and to call toll free during business hours to speak to a customer service person instead.
Btw, what is happening when you use Okusil at the moment? I gather it was fine for a while but it's not agreeing with your skin now? |
